The aim of the project is to develop Al Siuof unplanned and unsafe area by constructing a new residential compound with a unique level of life standard and services according to start-of-the art requirements. The total area of compound (90 feddan) is divided into 3 different zones:
- Zone A (55000 m2): Residential buildings (G+10), clinging and commercial center
- Zone B (200000 m2): Residential buildings (G+10)
- Zone C (80000 m2): land plots to be individually sailed The compound include all necessary services and facilities such as electrical distribution network, water supply and sewage network, electrical substation, water reservoirs, irrigation network, internal roads networks and landscape.
