This paper outlines Sabbour Consulting’s vital role in the project, emphasizing our expertise in design, risk management, and sustainable practices for construction villages and supporting infrastructure.

Project scope

Sabbour was responsible for design , shop drawings & as

built for both 5K and 10K in Neom construction

villages/KSA, for Masterplan, Roads, infrastructure, and all

buildings including all disciplines architectural, interior

design, structural, landscape, and MEP networks systems.

In addition to BIM models for all disciplines, sustainable

design, Fire and life safety study, the buildings are

comprised of many Diversey types like but not limited to

Residential buildings, utility buildings, sewage treatment

plants , water serving tanks with many types , in addition

most of buildings are steel PEP,LGS&steel structure

buildings structure except under ground structure.
Key contributions and responsibilities

1. Leadership and Coordination: Led multidisciplinary teams to produce detailed construction drawings, ensuring seamless collaboration with other disciplines and stakeholders.
